The organization we are representing is a fast-growing, construction-focused equipment rental company serving contractors who demand trusted equipment, high service levels, and partners who solve complex site challenges. They supply a broad range of fleet and site-support solutions and are building a differentiated business around operational excellence, reliability, and customer experience. They are currently seeking a Director of Operations who can build and run the internal operating engine that makes sustainable growth possible. The new hire will be responsible for professionalizing day-to-day execution, institutionalizing best practices, and building the operational backbone that allows the organization to scale efficiently and predictably. This full-time, permanent role owns execution across operations, maintenance, logistics, parts, rentals, systems, and people development and will be based in Delta, BC. Responsibilities
