Job Description:

• Plan, monitor, and manage the daily activities and operations of the revenue-generating teams in Cebu and all P&L-impacting activities.
• Oversee the teams and push productivity and performance to meet client targets.
• Provide guidance and direction to managers and team leaders of the different Cebu departments to improve work efficiency.
• Regularly evaluate the efficiency of general SOPs/standard operating procedures and propose and execute process improvements when necessary.
• Oversee internal/external departmental and team processes and organize them to maintain work efficiency and productivity.
