About the Role
We’re looking for a motivated, experienced Director of Operations to oversee, scale, and optimize agency operations. This role is key to growing the business, managing a remote team of 20–30 specialists , and building scalable systems. Strong candidates have led marketing agency operations, scaled revenue from $2M to $5M+ , and thrive in remote leadership. This is a full-time remote role with opportunities to grow into a COO position .
