Lead nationwide Network Development, including site acquisition, partnerships, commercial negotiations, permitting, and project handover.
Develop and execute expansion strategies for the Company's current and future products.
Identify and secure strategic sites through developers, malls, fuel stations, parking operators, logistics companies, government agencies, and other key partners.
Negotiate commercial agreements in line with Company policies and approval authority.
Build and maintain strategic relationships with government authorities, utilities, landlords, developers, and key business partners.
Secure nationwide and multi-site agreements with strategic commercial partners.
Ensure all sites comply with legal, regulatory, commercial, technical, and Company operational standards before handover to the Setup & Operations Team.
