Job Description
Director of IAM Directory Services Operations The Director of IAM Directory Services Operations is accountable for the operations of directory platforms and services across the enterprise. This role leads the global operational teams to operate secure, scalable, and resilient Directory capabilities for our global multi-domain, multi-forest identity environment spanning all regions and channels while supporting business strategy.
The incumbent plays a critical role in strengthening the organization’s identity security posture by reducing the technical attack surface, securing identity platforms both on‑premise and in cloud environments.
