Job Description
Lead impactful fundraising efforts as the Director of Fund Development at Kindred, an on-site, office-based role focused on community engagement and relationship building.
In this strategic leadership position, you will report directly to the CEO and shape Kindred’s fundraising approach, aligning with organizational goals. Your role includes overseeing donor relations, corporate partnerships, and community initiatives while fostering a culture of philanthropy. You will be responsible for achieving annual revenue targets and developing a major donor portfolio.
