LaunchCode is seeking an experienced Director of Finance to lead the full scope of our financial operations.
This is a senior, high-trust role that combines direct execution of complex financial work with formal leadership over a team of finance staff.
The ideal candidate brings both technical depth and operational discipline.
They are equally comfortable resolving a multi-state payroll tax issue, coordinating an external audit, and clearing a high volume of AP approvals, often on the same day.
