Michael Aram Inc. is seeking a director to own day-to-day operations across the brand’s portfolio of websites, spanning both the Michael Aram and Anabel Aram storefronts in the US and EU. This role carries direct technical and operational accountability for site performance, conversion, and campaign execution — including hands‑on fluency with the Shopify codebase and the agency‑managed tracking infrastructure that drives advertising and analytics. This is a high‑ownership role for someone who treats data accuracy, technical precision, and platform stability as non‑negotiable. This position can be at our Valencia office, hybrid, or remote.

Responsibilities

• Own the customer journey across multiple storefronts (Michael Aram and Anabel Aram), including design, copy, navigation, and FAQs.
