Neshama Hospice is opening Canada’s first hospice residence built on Jewish values, open to all — and we’re looking for the nurse-leader who will build its clinical program from the ground up.

This is not a role where you’ll inherit a team, a workflow, or a culture. You’ll create them. If you’ve ever thought “This is how I’d do things if I could start from scratch” — this is that chance.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Design the nursing and care delivery model for a first‑of‑its‑kind residence — the frameworks other Ontario hospices will study.
• Build clinical policies, workflows, staffing structures, and IPAC protocols before a single resident arrives.
