Overview

The Director of National Programs leads the Native English Program for the Maximo Nivel institute in Cusco, Peru. The National Director is responsible for sales, marketing, client service, class scheduling, diagnostic testing, and matriculation, and manages a team of 3‑5 office staff. A major component of the position is managing the front office (“store”) and daily logistics such as opening, closing, cash handling, and selling English classes, while generating excitement for client service and meeting matriculation goals each month.

• Work directly with individuals to matriculate them into the Native English Program.
