Job Description
We are looking for a Director – Member Journey Owner, Group Retirement Services (GRS) to lead the strategy and execution of digital experiences that delight our clients and build long‑term wealth relationships.
Role Summary The Director – Member Journey Owner focuses on building a strategy and executing on the creation of digital experiences that delight our clients and build long‑term wealth relationships while also ensuring we maintain a balance that attracts Employers to seek Sun Life support for their Group Retirement Plan.

Work with the AVP, Member Journey Owner to set an ambitious and clear vision/strategy aligned with senior leaders and clearly communicated to squads that deliver the work.
Be accountable for creating and aligning on digital sales outcomes and other key objectives that are measured and reported to leadership on an ongoing basis.
