We are looking for a Director – Member Journey Owner, Group Retirement Services (GRS) to lead the strategy and execution of digital experiences that delight our clients and build long‑term wealth relationships.

Role Summary

The Director – Member Journey Owner focuses on building a strategy and executing on the creation of digital experiences that delight our clients and build long‑term wealth relationships while also ensuring we maintain a balance that attracts Employers to seek Sun Life support for their Group Retirement Plan.
