Reporting to the Senior Director, Talent Acquisition, Workforce Planning, Systems and Data, the Director of HR Systems & Data is the operational leader for people systems and data at Pomerleau. The role focuses on module and new feature roll‑outs, continuous improvements, and people analytics capabilities, while leading a matrixed team of subject‑matter experts, program managers, data stewards and external partners. The successful candidate will deliver tangible results that elevate the national employee lifecycle and experience.

Responsibilities

• Act as the functional lead of SAP SuccessFactors and drive the full deployment cycle – from business need identification, scoping, configuration, testing and readiness to launch and adoption.
• Partner with the HR Program Lead from the Innovation & IT Team to manage relationships with IT partners, integrators, vendors and other stakeholders.
