Job Purpose

The Application Engineering Lead – Digital Wealth is responsible for leading solutioning, development, and delivery of assigned applications / platforms, while also managing engineering teams to ensure high‑quality build, deployment, and stable run operations. The role acts as the primary application owner and technical lead for designated systems, ensuring that solutions are implemented in line with business requirements, technology standards, and cloud‑native engineering practices. The incumbent is accountable for ensuring systems are designed effectively, delivered with quality, and operated reliably in production, supporting critical digital‑wealth journeys.
