Responsibilities

• Developing and maintaining program documents, processes, and workflows to support the ongoing adoption of the global privacy program across Manulife’s businesses
• Leading the management of privacy issues as they arise, including working with Privacy Legal Counsel, Chief Privacy Officers, and Chief Compliance Officers as appropriate
• Providing guidance and oversight on Privacy Risk Management (acting as Line 2) to help ensure compliance with privacy regulatory requirements and Company policies
• Support Key Risk Audit preparation, periodic reporting, process improvements, and facilitate change management, as required
• Prepare regular privacy reporting and updates to various stakeholders
