Position Overview

Director of Food & Beverage at Montana's Premier Luxury Ranch Resort, located in Greenough, Montana, USA (TN visa support available). Salary: $90,000–$110,000 annually.

Responsible for managing and overseeing multiple dining locations and special dining events, establishing standards and fostering a high‑performance team within a family‑owned award‑winning destination.

• Create an excellent work environment centered on teamwork and mutual respect.
• Hands‑on service and floor presence to ensure all expectations are met.
• Collaborate with the Food & Beverage team to develop and implement new ideas.
• Lead the development and training of all team members to maintain a high level of service.
• Use performance review systems, cross‑training, and developmental planning to develop team members.
• Ensure all dining outlets provide exceptional and curated experiences to guests.
