Job Description
Carsem is seeking an experienced Director / Head of FOL & EOL Engineering to manage semiconductor backend assembly engineering across Front-of-Line (FOL) and End-of-Line (EOL) operations. The ideal candidate will have 15-20 years of semiconductor manufacturing experience and a proven track record in engineering leadership.
