Job Overview
We are seeking a Director, Fintech Product Operations to lead and mature production operations across cloud platforms, hybrid infrastructure, colocation systems, and third-party service providers. This is a senior people leadership role responsible for production reliability, uptime, scalability, performance, incident response, vendor management, and operational compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Own production reliability, availability, performance, resilience, scalability, and operational readiness across AWS cloud, hybrid, and hosted systems.
- Lead SRE, DevOps, CloudOps, DBA, infrastructure operations, production support, and third‑party provider relationships under a clear operating model.
- Establish production standards for SLAs, SLOs, capacity planning, high availability, disaster recovery, backups, monitoring, incident response, and change management.
