Overview
POSITION SUMMARY: The Director – Financial Reporting & Technical Accounting is a highly visible role within USAP’s corporate finance organization and is responsible for leading key aspects of the Company’s financial reporting, technical accounting, consolidation, and reporting infrastructure. This role oversees the preparation of accurate, timely, and well-supported financial reporting, including monthly consolidating financial statements, intercompany eliminations, U.S. GAAP financial statements, footnote disclosures, and annual audit support. This individual will serve as a technical accounting and reporting leader, supporting complex accounting areas such as revenue recognition, business combinations, purchase accounting, goodwill and intangible asset impairment, equity-based compensation, leases, and other significant accounting matters.
