Director, Development Design

The **Development Design Director** is responsible for leading and managing the team who design, pre-construction and construction activities on a given region(s). The Design Director will interact daily with Design Managers, external consultant, Facilities, Contractors, Designers, Engineers, Commissioning Agents, Vendors, and Data Center Operations staff and should have both written and oral communication skills commensurate with this level of regular communication.

**Responsibilities, other duties may be assigned:**

+ Manage multiple Design Managers and manage key projects on a campus(es) and maintain updated budgets, schedules, and status reports for each.
+ Create and communicate design updates on development program & project status monthly suitable for executive level reviews. Effectively present information in a manner to support efficient decision making.
