The Plant Director role will be responsible for the performance of one of our key plants in Aguascalientes. This is a high-impact role that is ideal for someone with previous experience in larger plants, manufacturing management experience, strong change management skills, and experience working with unions. Additionally, individuals with a strong background in Quality and Lean/Six Sigma would excel in this role.

Role Responsibilities

• Primary responsibility for a manufacturing facility and accountability for overall performance to business targets.
• Directs and coordinates overall plant operations, consisting of all aspects of production activity.
• Ensures that objectives are achieved at the optimal cost consistent with quality and safety requirements.
