Job Duties:
Assure availability, continuity, integrity, security, and recovery of all SAP components both individually and holistically, ensuring definition and implementation of associated processes.
Accountable for lifecycle management of all SAP systems and tightly coupled technologies including establishing practices and providing oversight for application of service packs, version upgrades, preventative, and corrective maintenance through change management process by leading and influencing staff and partners.
Influence CBI product roadmaps to extract maximum value based on expertise and evolution of vendor products.
Lead a team with responsibilities and capabilities in SAP BASIS, HANA database and SAP Security.
