Job Description
Our client, a Private Equity firm, is seeking a Director - Compensation to lead its North American (USA & Canada) compensation strategy and programs. Reporting to senior leadership, this role is responsible for executive and broad-based compensation, equity and incentive plans, Board Compensation Committee support, and leading the Compensation and Benefits/Retirement team. The successful candidate will combine strategic leadership with hands-on execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead North American compensation strategy and programs.
- Design and oversee executive and C-suite compensation, including STI and LTI plans.
- Lead equity compensation programs, including RSUs, PSUs, stock options, and equity grants.
- Prepare and support Board Compensation Committee materials and meetings.
- Oversee annual merit, bonus, and broad-based compensation programs.
