Cluster Director Manager is the leader responsible for the overall performance of the cluster, combining operational excellence with commercial success. As the owner of the cluster's P&L, the role ensures the implementation and execution of both operational and growth strategies. This position integrates cross‑functional leadership to deliver on safety, quality, volume, revenue, and profitability objectives in alignment with Sibelco's vision and corporate policies.
