• The Director, Business Development for Metso's Minerals BA will drive sustainable profitable growth by owning and executing priority strategic initiatives end-to-end, including AI-driven process and sales transformations.
• The role requires leading and inspiring global, cross-functional teams and managing stakeholders across Minerals business lines, aftermarket, market areas and group functions in a matrix organization.
• The ideal candidate has proven experience in transformational business development, front-end sales or pricing and proposal work, strong data- and AI-driven process improvement skills, a relevant Master's degree and fluency in English.
