We’re looking for a Director of AI Strategy & Governance to join our Lab team and make a difference. Intact Financial Corporation is on a mission to be the best AI shop in insurance, and we are looking for a Director of AI Strategy & Governance to play a pivotal role in this journey. As the Director of AI Strategy & Governance, you will be responsible for establishing and leading the company's AI governance framework to ensure the responsible, ethical, and compliant use of AI technologies across our global operations.
What you’ll do here
- Administer Intact’s AI Governance Framework: Lead the maintenance and continued development of an enterprise-wide AI governance framework, policies, and procedures covering the entire AI lifecycle, from data preparation and model development to deployment and monitoring.
