Job Description
We are seeking an experienced **Director** to act as a subject matter expert within Client Engagement and Business Development.
You will work in Newtown, PA and various long-term unanticipated worksites throughout the U.S.
**Responsibilities**
+ Directing the company's infrastructure and embedded unit
+ Setting business targets and goals for the managed business unit, including revenue and profitability targets, engagement and utilization structures
+ Conducting regular performance reviews, business planning, and forecasting for supervised account portfolio
+ Reviewing strategic accounts' status with executive team
+ Act as a subject matter expert and main liaison between EPAM Systems, Inc. and its clients
