Director, Account Management. The Director, Account Management will maintain primary responsibility for managing the customer relationship and profitability opportunities with a key customer, providing strategic customer solutions and achieving mutual goals through leveraging cross‑functional solutions teams, systems and processes in order to prioritize and proactively meet customer’s needs and challenges.
