We are currently looking for an experienced General Manager to lead the opening and operations of a new premium hospitality property in Costa Brava, Spain, opening summer 2027. Set within 40 hectares of nature, the project combines a 15-room boutique hotel, wellness retreats, destination weddings, and performance-focused experiences in a highly curated environment deeply connected to movement, wellbeing, recovery, and outdoor living. Designed as a destination for people seeking balance, sport, disconnection, and meaningful experiences, the property aims to offer a more contemporary and intentional approach to hospitality. Experience & Skills Minimum 5–7 years of experience managing a boutique hotel or luxury hospitality property. Proven expertise in spa and wellness operations management.
