The Relationship Manager is accountable for delivering a superior customer experience while driving profitable business growth, in line with the business strategy. This role builds new relationships and deepens existing customer relationships for both credit and non-credit products/services, develops a shadow portfolio of target businesses, and works closely with internal and external subject matter experts and lending advisory groups.
