Job Description
We are seeking a Director of Operations to lead our 10+ outpatient dialysis clinics throughout the Lafayette, Indiana area. This position provides operational oversight for multiple dialysis clinics, partnering with a dedicated Clinical Manager at each location to drive performance, patient care, and team success.
**Preferred qualifications include e** xperience in a **clinical or healthcare operations multi-site leadership** role, success leading **multiple direct reports** (preferably managers or frontline leaders), accountability for **P&L/budget management** , financial performance, productivity, and key operational metrics and experience partnering with physicians and cross-functional teams to achieve organizational goals.
This role is well suited for an experienced healthcare operations leader who enjoys developing high-performing teams, influencing strategy, and making a meaningful impact while ensuring exceptional patient care.
