Job Description
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
+ Washes and prepares various foods for cooking or serving
+ Follows all established quality control, portioning, and customer service standards
+ Provides excellent service in a friendly, sincere, and courteous manner
+ Cleans dishware, glassware, flatware, pots, or pans using dishwashers or by hand
+ Ensures proper sorting and storage of dishware, flatware, trays, utensils, or cooking equipment
+ Receives and stores supplies
+ Maintains sanitation, health, and safety standards
+ Other duties as assigned
Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities
+ Knowledge of food service production and service techniques and standards
+ Knowledge of food sanitation and safety standards and protocols
+ Skill in time management, organization, and multi-tasking in high volume environments
+ Skill in verbal, written, and interpersonal communication
