• Plan, manage and deliver the full project life cycle from initiation to deployment.
• Manage scope, schedule, resources, quality, costs, change, and risk to support strategic objectives.
• Oversee project budgets, track expenditures, and provide regular financial reports and forecasts to stakeholders.
• Prepare estimates and detailed project plans, manage day‑to‑day activities and resources.
• Provide status reporting on milestones, deliverables, dependencies, risks, and issues, communicating across leadership.
