Job Description
Lead our digital ecosystem as the Director of Digital Platforms – Operations. Drive operational excellence across Online Services, Mobile App, and National Quote & Buy platforms.
In this pivotal leadership role, you will oversee the stability and performance of key digital platforms. You will manage cross-functional teams to enhance incident management and drive continuous improvements aligned with business priorities. Your expertise in ITIL practices and digital platforms will enable swift incident resolution and robust partnerships with architecture and security teams.
