**Gruppo Lactalis Italia** is looking for a Digital & Open Innovation Specialist to join its IT Department.
The resource, reporting to the Digital & Open Innovation Senior Manager, will support the management of a cross-functional team of Open Innovation Champions composed of colleagues from all BUs of the company. In particular, they will be responsible for:
* Promoting the culture of innovation within Lactalis Italia by working on projects in collaboration with other Business Units;
* Supporting the analysis of innovation trends and scouting for innovative solutions to identify opportunities and respond to business needs;
* Contributing to the promotion of the culture of innovation, supporting internal programs and initiatives such as Lacta Innova - an entrepreneurship program;
