What You’ll Do
- Set our customers up for success by supporting them with onboarding and launching brands on OFO’s.
- Assist customers with reviewing and building menus for their online storefronts. Extract menu information and data points and synthesize on multiple food delivery platforms.
- Train customers on online brand management, acting as key interface with customers via phone, Zoom and email support in a professional and efficient manner.
- Deliver high quality product support, adhering to processes to minimize mistakes.
- Assist with quality assurance for brand menus with a high level of detail and speed.
- Communicate regularly with the onboarding team, local customer success managers and account executives to ensure positive customer experience during onboarding.
