This is an exciting opportunity to take ownership of a company’s digital media strategy, optimize advertising performance, and directly impact recruiting success through innovative digital campaigns.
Responsibilities
• Develop and execute the overall digital media strategy for recruitment marketing
• Manage digital advertising budgets, forecasting, and campaign optimization
• Monitor campaign performance and make data-driven decisions to maximize ROI
• Oversee paid media campaigns across Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, Snapchat, and programmatic advertising platforms
• Increase qualified candidate leads while reducing cost per hire
