Digital Media Designer

Full-time Art and Design Workers

At Postboy Studios, we’re looking for a designer who can animate, or an animator who understands design — ideally both.

This is not a “just execute briefs” role. We want someone who can think, create, and elevate ideas visually.

🎯 What You’ll Do:

• Design creatives for digital campaigns, social media & brand content
• Convert static designs into high-quality motion graphics & animations
• Work on ad films, reels, and branded videos
• Collaborate with the team on concepts, storytelling & execution
• Take ownership from idea → execution → final output

🧠 What We’re Looking For:

• 3–4 years of experience in design + animation
• Strong command over After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator
• Good sense of
