Job Description
Lead Generation & Funnel Performance
Coordinate landing pages, forms, and lead capture setup across both APPSeCONNECT and appse.ai.
Work with Sales to ensure lead routing and handoff happens without delay or drop-off.
Own lead-generation tracking end-to-end — MQLs, form fills, and pipeline contribution by campaign.
Report on lead-gen performance by channel and campaign, and flag underperformance early.
Marketing Operations & Process
Own and maintain the shared marketing calendar across both APPSeCONNECT and appse.ai.
Set up and run workflow/task tracking so campaigns move through review and approval without delays.
Track marketing budgets and spend against plan, flagging variances before they become problems.
Coordinate with external vendors and agencies — briefs, timelines, deliverables, invoicing.
Administer marketing tools (CRM, automation platform, project trackers) and keep them clean and current.
