We are now building the digital and AI backbone of the company, and we need someone to lead it. The role The north star is easy to say and hard to do: make Pakka the most technology-driven regenerative packaging company in the world. Day to day, you own how data, AI, and better ways of working move through the company, from the plant floor to the customer. You will set the strategy, build the first tools yourself or alongside a small team, and grow that team to four or five people in Noida. You report into the leadership group and work alongside the business heads. This is a build role, not an advisory one. People here are already wiring up an AI production planner, a WhatsApp bot that answers profitability questions off live data, and an automated dealer portal.
