**Overview**
We want you to be an integral part of an innovative, creative, and energetic group of team members supporting a government client. Steampunk is looking for a Digital Forensics Analyst to support one of our federal customers. The Digital Forensics Analyst will work in a dynamic lab that provides support for law enforcement efforts. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter, who is interested in learning the latest technology and has a proven ability to learn quickly and apply training to solve real world engineering problems.
**Contributions**
**Essential Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to:**
+ Support data collection: Securely seizing, imaging, and extraction digital devices for the purpose of preserving evidence.
+ Provides on-scene digital forensics support and assistance during the execution of search warrants.
+ Perform acquisitions and examinations using forensic tools.
