What you’ll build
The Academy for Finance is a 20-month program with international virtual rotations, designed for high-performing graduates or young professionals with up to three years of work experience.
Our employees of the future will blend deep finance expertise with advanced technical fluency and a strong AI adoption mindset – our rotational program welcomes candidates with an understanding of finance topics, AI and data analytics.
As a Digital Finance Associate in the rotational program, you will experience four rotations in different areas such as:
- A Global Finance center of excellence organization;
- The Global Commercial Finance organization that works directly with our sales organization;
- Citizen Development, Process, or Product Management to gain a better business understanding of what changes could improve processes, and gain experience in the implementation of changes.
