Digital Experience Specialist – Niagara Falls – full‑time, permanent.
What You’ll Do
- Managing and improving the website, including product pages, landing pages, downloads, images and overall user experience.
- Working in WordPress to maintain site accuracy, functionality and clarity.
- Using coding knowledge to support website updates, page improvements, and digital problem solving.
- Monitoring digital performance and identifying opportunities to improve customer experience, navigation and conversion.
- Supporting and executing email marketing and automation workflows using Salesforce and Lightning Engagement Studio.
- Helping keep marketing, sales and product information aligned across channels.
- Creating, updating, and organizing digital assets & support materials.
