Digital Electrical Controls Hardware Manager

This role leads the design, development, and implementation of electrical control systems for our DCMS, Sea products, and innovative controls. The manager oversees a team of engineers and technicians, ensures project timelines are met, and guarantees that all electrical control systems comply with industry standards and customer requirements.

Job Responsibilities

• Develop and manage high‑level roadmaps for electrical control hardware products based on the latest commercially available equipment, product owner guidance, and emerging market trends.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams—product line, software & engineering, sales, and customer support—to align and execute product strategies.
