Job Description
At Luce IT, we are looking for a Digital CRO Analyst capable of leading the conversion optimisation methodology and digital experimentation in our projects.
What you will do
- Design, lead, and implement CRO and digital experimentation strategies, ensuring alignment with our clients' business objectives.
- Define and drive a methodology for conversion optimisation in various digital environments.
- Execute and analyse A/B and multivariate tests. Identify opportunities for improvement in the conversion funnel, prioritising actions based on impact and effort.
- Collaborate with digital analytics, development, and business teams to implement effective optimisation strategies.
- Present actionable insights.
- Utilise testing, analytics, and personalisation tools to enhance data-driven decision-making.
- Stay updated with trends in CRO, UX, and behavioural science, applying best practices to our projects.
