Job Description
Dicetek LLC in the United Arab Emirates seeks an experienced IT professional with 4–5+ years in Banking/Digital Channels to join our production support team. You will work hands-on with OpenShift, AWS EKS, Kubernetes and API technologies to ensure high availability and robust incident management.
The role requires knowledge of REST APIs, Kong API Gateway, Dynatrace, GitHub Actions, CI/CD, and DevOps practices, plus familiarity with Temenos (Kony) and TIBCO ESB messaging.
