Job Description
Responsibilities
- Gather citizen and business requirements through service journey mapping and build business cases using rapid prototyping techniques.
- Produce user stories, functional specifications, and acceptance criteria, and construct prototypes to validate requirements and measure delivered value.
- Research and recommend suitable technologies, including AI tools, ensuring alignment with central technology directions and whole-of-government solutions through hands‑on experimentation.
- Assess and apply appropriate development methodologies, including Agile and Waterfall, across varying project environments.
- Oversee system readiness ahead of deployment and conduct impact assessments for proposed changes.
- Support the Chief Information Officer in surfacing digital transformation opportunities across the agency.
- Establish product vision, roadmap, and objectives that are anchored to overarching business strategy.
