As Unified Communications Consultant at BASF Digital Hub Madrid, you will shape the end-to-end UC landscape across Cisco platforms, driving design standards and governance. You will align global regions with cloud migration and transformation initiatives, delivering resilient, interoperable solutions. You’ll own architecture decisions, documentation, and oversight of UC/Contact Center deployments, working with cross-functional teams to ensure scalable, secure communications.
