Join the team that is working on next generation ATE solutions and semiconductor devices, supporting customers in getting their digital test requirements turned into reality. You'll work on cutting-edge technology working side by side with our customers in close collaboration with R&D and marketing in a cross-functional, international environment. This is an ideal position for a software or electrical engineer with a strong test engineering background, requiring both in depth knowledge of the V93000 system, as well as strong SW skills for writing test programs and tooling to meet customer needs.
