  • 5+ years’ experience in ecommerce and/or digital marketing within FMCG, Beauty, Fashion, or .com

  • Strong project and stakeholder management skills with proven ability to coordinate cross-functional teams.

  • Experience managing digital campaign budgets, media laydowns, performance tracking, and ROI analysis.

  • Confident working with retailer media teams, marketing teams, agencies and ecommerce platforms.

  • Highly organised, detail-oriented, and adept at managing multiple priorities.

  • Strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills.

  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and digital media – Search, social media, influencer, display, 1:1 and onsite ecommerce capability
